Looks great but fails to deliver

Pros: nice modern look
Cons: flimsy craftmanship, read review
I had been looking at these shoes for the longest time and decided to buy them on Sept 7 at the NYC location near Port Authority. Barely a month later and the left heel is broken, I've had to put a piece of cardboard to even it out so I wouldn't walk with this weird limp. The glue has separated from the right sneaker. Last week's heavy rains SOAKED my socks b/c water was seeping in. Finally decided to complain to their customer service. No response yet but decided to write this review. Don't have the receipt so I guess I'm stuck with these. Wouldn't even try to sell these on line or give them to the needy. Looks great but fails to deliver. Too bad. ~Oct 3~
