Pros: leather has held up well
Cons: sole is falling apart
My first grade daughter has worn theses shoes almost every school day since the beginning of academic year (mid-August 2012, it is now barely past mid September 2012.) The shoes already show signs of significant wear on the heal. It seems the heal of the shoe is hollow as a gaping holes are forming on the heels of both shoes. The leather is still holding up, which I guess is appropriate as it is listed under the "fine leather" collection. However, what's the use of the leather upper if the sole wear out? This is disappointing but I've learned my lesson, just spend the money on better quality shoes.
