Pros: good fit, nice looking, cute design
im iffy about buying shoes from payless but my 1 year old goes thru shoes like no tomorrow.
i bought these and i love them, she does too! they fit awesome! they look really cute, go with everything, this is my second time buying them she outgrew her first pair.
ALSO, she is 21 Months old (almost 2) and she wears an 8 (yikes) and she has wide feet, these were perfect for her!

These sandals are very cute, however since there is no velcro or anything up front to tighten the strap over her toes, they slip out and over the front of the shoe.
