Pros: comfy, provide decent support
Cons: perhaps a bit flimsy
I don't normally expect much comfort out of flip-flops, but these are super comfortable and provide good support. The strap that goes between your big toe and the toe next to it doesn't cause any irritation, and the main strap doesn't rub uncomfortably on the skin, either. I can rush around campus or run errands all day, and my feet won't be achy by the time I get back home.
Probably the one downside to these is that they aren't all that sturdy. They're pretty much just some sort of foam and cloth, so if you step on, say, a shark rock, you'll feel it. Smaller pebbles and such also get imbedded in the bottom of the shoes.
But really, as far as flip-flops go, these are fantastic.

Pros: toe strap custom forms to your foot, enough padding to stay comfortable all day long

I work hard and I play hard - and there's a lot of acreage to walk on our land. I didn't start wearing flip-flops until middle-age ... couldn't stand the discomfort between my toes. But *these*?.... changed my entire outlook on ff's. I have been buying 3 pairs (work, play & semi-dress up) for the last FIVE years. I hunt them down and won't settle for less. It's extraordinary how these flats actually *comfort my broken down spine. The sling between the toes loosens and becomes custom fit to my feet. Absolutely NO Complaints here --- only Raves.
Payless?? ..... talk to Airwalk and please don't ever discontinue this sandal. Thank you for making me a flip-flopper.

Pros: support
I really love these flip flops because they have some support. A little long in the toe area, but for a comfortable flip flop, all is forgiven. Also, when it's really hot they can make your feet sweat, but that might be true of all flip flops.
