cheap velcro

My son loves these

Pros: reasonably priced, nice style, comfort
I bought these for my son when he was a few months less than 2 years old. These were his first sneakers and I didn't know if he would like them / feel comfortable in them / would want to wear them. In the end I could not get them off his feet - he preferred to wear these than his slippers when just walking around the house or taking out the trash with mommy. I also liked that these come in wide as my son seems to need a wide width shoe.
It has now been a few months and i felt he needed a bigger size and we tried on the next size in the store and he would not let me take them off his feet. So these are his second pair (he is now 27 months). The only different is these have a silver tab closure (the first pair i bought him had a blue tab closure). The price is right since he only has them a few months before his foot grows and I think it is a great value for the money - they must be comfortable as my son lives in them. I hope we can find them in a bigger size next time he needs a new pair.

Cons: did not last
I have purchased a lot of shoes from Payless for my 2 year old son but these did not last 2 weeks. The main problem is that the Velcro came unstiched and I had to exchange them.
