I purchased this shoe b/c I needed a new pair of work shoes and my skeckers of about a year had given in. I wanted a shoe that was comfortable and inexpensive and due to work they had to be black. These shoes were on clearence for ONLY $10.00 and I could pass that up. I've never been disappointed with any of payless products and with this shoe it meet my expectations, it was the best $10.00 I ever spent
