These shoes are so great. Super comfy and you can't beat the price. I might have to get another part to stock up. Love the brown. It will go with so much! These were a little big so once I break them in I'll probably get an insert. I highly recommed these.

Cons: uncomfortable
These shoes are very pretty, but sooo uncomfortable. I wore them to a wedding and only had to walk from my car into the church. Afterward, I couldn't even stick around for all the "congratulations". I wore them a total of 10 (standing) minutes. :(

Omg!!! I was on a budget (shoe fast) when I first saw these shoes. So I had to leave them behind, (sad I know). I was so happy to find out that they are an everyday value shoe so the price was still the same when I got off my shoe fast. They are sooooo comfortable. Believe me nothing like what I have in my closet and I have a lot of shoes from a lot of places. Its so amazing to me how payless is soooo much cheaper but so much more comfortable. I got the shoe in 10W cause of my chubby feet (lol). So much better than any peeptoe in my closet. PLEASE PLEASE make it in more colors!! Tan/beige/Nude, Red and Leopard print. Pretty please with a cherry on top!?!

I bought this shoe in pink, which by the way is so pretty! This shoe fits well and is very comfortable. I danced the entire night in them and did not complain. They were just comfortable, however I checked them when I came home and they have started to tear on the side right by the stitch line. It's actually tearing apart, which is very disappointing. I did buy it in (W) , I wish the quality was better.

Out of all of my black heels, these are my favorite. They're comfortable, stylish, & very affordable. Back a few months ago, they had this style of shoe in leopard print, red, & a gray tweed, but only online. I had planned to buy each of them hoping they would be available in stores, but guess I waited too late and now they're now where to be found. Please bring those colors back & I will not hesitate to buy them all! My friends want them too!

I bought these for a wedding. I wore them to the church, and on the way, walking in, I just COULDN'T go any faster because I was literally in pain. . Other guests were passing my husband and I. I took them off for part of the ceremony. On the way out, I thought I was going to scream with pain! My husband went to get the car and picked me up. Needless to say we made a pit stop at the house for a change of shoes.
I am not used to wearing pumps or higher heels on a daily basis, but when I read reviews that women loved them for work ( 8 HOURS IN THEM!!! TORTUREOUS) I thought they sounded fine.
My suggestion would be to get a better quality shoe or walk around the store in them for at least 10 minutes. Sorry Payless, normally I like your shoes.

I bought these wonderful heels to wear with a new little black dress. I was not disappointed in the comfort, style and feel of this great value. I attracted lots of compliments when wearing. Very comfortable. Heel height permits wearing all day without any noticible discomfort. I shall reach for these when wearing slacks, skirts and dresses with many comments assured! Be sure to check size. They seem to be a bit larger than the size would indicate.

I own an embarrassing number of black heels, but these are the ones I'm generally pulling out of the closet both for work or going out. The heel is the perfect height, and they are comfortable enough to wear all day at a conference and then all night dancing. Plus, they look great. Love!

This is a good product. I would recommend it any time. Perfect size, perfect fit and it looks exactly how it is in the picture. This shoe is very comfortable to wear too. I have had these shoes for months and LOVE them. I have worn them all day, we're talking 12 hours, and they still felt pretty comfortable. Plus the fact that they are a cute, sexy shoe. I agree with another reviewer that I wish they had them in a nude color. They had them in a pinkish color in the past, but neutral would have been better. Great buy. I would highly recommend this shoe and am contemplating buying another pair in case these ever wear out!

These shoes are definitely pretty. They did run a little big on me but since I have tiny feet (shoe size 5) and its hard to find shoes I have to make them work. They look more expensive than they actually are. Also, once you start wearing them, you'll realize that the quality is cheap and they will wear out pretty quickly. If they fit fine, they can be pretty comfortable.

Best heels ever!

I bought these heels in black a few months ago in August. I needed a pair of heels for a professional event that would require wearing them for 8+ hours a day, and as someone who absolutely loathed wearing heels prior, I must say that these were surprisingly comfortable. I have gotten a lot of use out of them since then, and they don't look worn-down at all. The style is great, and the price is huge plus. I am SO bummed out that I didn't buy the white and light pink ones that I saw in the store that day as well. Apparently Payless has run out of those two colors. Please make more!

I bought these for a wedding and they looked great, the width was perfect and they fit true to size. However, 20 minutes after putting them on I was in serious pain! I rushed to get heel pads and the pads for the balls of my feet but even with those cushions these shoes were horribly uncomfortable! I wear heels regularly so I know that it's possible to find a comfortable heel at a reasonable price. One other bridesmaid had these shoes and by the end of the night we both had bandaids and Dr. Scholls pads but were both dying to take them off! I have had great luck with other heels from Payless and love the variety they offer in wider widths but I suggest skipping these!!
