Pros: comfortable, lightweight breathable
Cons: edges of the sole wore quickly (design/shape), thin sole wore out quickly
I bought these at the end of November 2012, and I'm throwing them out - that's about 3 and a half months of wear. They haven't unraveled or anything like that - they're just uncomfortable and cause pain now. It's mostly the soles - the design is different than most work shoes - they're kind of rounded at the edges of your foot instead of plain flat. The soles were thin in design to begin with so it took very little time to thin/wear down. I've had shoes that are similar in price range and style last me around 1-2 years, working the same type of jobs for the past few years (8 hours on your feet/40 hour work weeks). 40 dollars for shoes that don't even last 6 months is not my idea of acceptable.
