Pros: color & sizes, can't beat the price
Cons: none
I normally purchase the canvas slip-on type but the selection was very small. I saw the tie on shoes and I really liked the colors and the way they look so I bought 2 pair one red and one blue & black, they look and fit great. I don't wear them all the time I switch around so to keep them looking new. I have around 8 pair of Payless shoes this style and love them all. I'm now looking to buy the gray and the solid blue pair to add to my collection. I really like color in my life and these shoes do it, they also feel good to wear. These shoes are fun to wear so buy a pair and find out what I've been telling you.
I've been buying shoes from Payless Shoes a long time, because they have just what I want at the price I can afford.

Very Satisfied

Date:March 7, 2014
Pros: comfort, price, style
Cons: none
I bought the Airwalk Rio's about 6 months ago, approximately, and I sincerely and genuinely love these shoes. I am flat footed and am going for the minimalist type shoe and these are very comfortable, they don't cram or squish your toes together-they have ample toe room, compared to another brand in this style. I'm on my feet all day long for 7-10 hours and my feet, body, and myself are not fatigued, I would highly recommend these shoes for any age group as these are a great shoe, and will continue to buy the Airwalk Rio's for as long as they continue to make them.

Stylish-BUT poor quality.

Date:August 14, 2013
Pros: stylish
Cons: significanly poor quality.
I purchased a black one and a red one. The black one I wore rather often because It was my preferred pair of black casual footwear. This shoes is not fit for the individual who walks a lot. The sole of the shoes started to tear open within less than 3 months. Its neat but was not worthwhile for me.
I still have the red one and its in pretty good condition but, that is only because it has not been worn very often.

Great Buy

Date:October 29, 2012
I got these several months ago, they feel comfortable and are nice to wear all day. They are a little narrower than most shoes and the unfortunate thing is that they only come in a wide. I really like them and the color blue is very pretty.

My favorite summer casual...

Date:August 24, 2012
Pros: look great comfy
Cons: not a rainy day sneaker
Thsese sneakers fit well, feel good and stay cool due to the canvas top. The lower sole seems very durable and the black laces are a nice contrast to the gray canvas. Like all canvas shoes I wouldnt wear them on a rainy day but the lower sole sides are tall enough to protect. They quickly became my favorite shoes to wear all day at work.

rio casual

Date:July 14, 2012
Pros: light, flexible, comfortable
Cons: falls aparts, very little rubber on the bottom, lasted only 3 months
these shoes felt great. light flexible and comfortable.
i wore them for about 3 months and i already have a hold on the bottom of my shoe.
i have a pair of vans that ive had for about a year and there still good.
for 10 more dollars i got more then double the life of payless show that looks the same. thought i could save some money. but didn't.
im the type of person that puts a lot of miles on shoes.
and i drive stick shift and my pedals are abrasive. it does wear down shoes a little faster then normal. but my vans lasted longer.
