Horrible!
Date:January 4, 2013
Pros: attractive, no laces, inexpensive
Cons: pain, no foot support, no arch support, foot sinks in the middle, flattens your foot, discomfort
This is the first bad review Ive ever written about something and I created an account just to do so.
I had such high hopes for these shoes. When I tried them on in the store I immediately loved them, they were cute and I could feel the cushion in each step. But I think whats happening is that because of the cushion, my feet are sinking in the middle because after a 4 hour shift my feet are in the WORST PAIN. Pain that lasts for up to 5 hours after taking them off. the outer edges of my feet are starting to look rounded instead of the normal straight edge because they are flattening. Arch support doesnt even help. Ive never had something like this happen from any shoe before. Its just horrible horrible pain and a horrible horrible shoe. I will be doing what I can to get a full refund because these shoes should not even be sold ever. Cute yes, but I swear to you they will HURT. NOwhere near worth the few positives it has. Very disappointed.

Cons: back pain, toes hurt, wide width isn't applicabale, you get what you pay for
Worst shoe I have ever purchase. I bartend and work banquets I am on my feet 8 to 18 hours a day and a co-woker recommended these. They kill my feet!!!! I even purchased a wide width to be safe and make sure I had enough room.
By the end of the day my toes and back are killing me! I would never recommend anyone in the restaurant industry to buy these shoes. I have been bartending for 30 years and purchase at lease 6 pairs of shoes a year and have never had shoes this bad. You get what you pay for!

Disappointed by these shoes
Date:August 24, 2012
Cons: not much support, size too big
These shoes seemed like a good choice as my feet need a lot of support. The shoes fit really well in the store, but at the end of the first day I wore them the left shoe flew off my foot as I boarding a bus. Embarassment was the least of my worries, as the cushiony insoles that seemed like a good idea at the store only made my feet hurt worst, as they don't seem to offer much support at all.
I tried them on another day and it was the same thing, I could barely walk a step without the shoe threatening to fall off....I'll try buying support inner soles, heel grips etc and see if that makes this shoe wearable, but it does seem like too much extra work (and money) for one pair of shoes.
In the mean time, these shoes are just taking up space....

DO NOT BUY
Date:June 28, 2012
Listen, everyone goes on the reviews to review how the shoes are. I am not going to lie. I loved the way they looked when i got them. I was very excited to want to try them on and wear them. Day by Day i was more and more mad bc at the end of the day i wanted to throw these shoes across the room. they hurt alot. I do not want to make payless the bad guy here but if u work 8 hours on your feet these are not a buy. If you are going to a nice dinner, or one fancy business meeting then ok they are your deal. As for you all out there, if you out there have good feet cheap shoes are not the way to go.

I bought these shoes because I am in retail and am on my feet all day long. I read the reviews and decided to give these a try. I loved them at first, they fit perfect and were very comfortable. However, I do kneel down a few times at work to rework merchandise and other things, the "leather" has started peeling off, it looks like I put one shoe through a shredder, I work in a woman's clothing store, its not hard manual labor. I have only had the shoes since February. I highly doubt I would purchase these again. Unless they were made better on the outside.

Perfect work show!
Date:October 17, 2011
Pros: comfortable, long lasting, lightweight, good value
Cons: color gradually flakes off, not leather
I've been buying these shoes for over 2 years now. I work in retail and I'm on my feet constantly. They are lightweight, comfortable and have great arch support. Normally I wear a size 9 but in this shoe, I wear a size 8, so keep that in mind when purchasing. I would love if this shoe were actually made in leather.

Not so good.
Date:September 30, 2011
This was not good at all for work. Like some others described, these shoes tend to slip off my heal, which is uncomfortable and scary since I have to run up and down stars with plates, heavy boxes, etc. Also, they were just uncomfortable. They may work for some, but not for me.

These shoes are comfortable!
Date:May 5, 2011
I have to say that I ordered these shoes online and had them shipped to the store in town. They arrived earlier than expected. I have to give kudos to Payless because they did a great job shipping my shoes. I think the shoes were comfortable a tad big but no big deal. I have been wearing them for 3 weeks now until last night I missed my step and I scrap the top of the shoe and it is red under the pleather. That upset me, I put shoe polish on the area and it is going to take another coat to get rid of the red. It is very hard for me to find wide shoes. I also wished they were real leather, I would have paid the extra cost. These shoes are great if you don't scrap them. I will still buy shoes at Payless because Payless stores always have friendly and helpful workers and Payless.com was a pleasant experience too.

These shoes seemed comfortable when first slipping them on, but immediately started to slip off my heel every time I took a step. The shoe is extremely heavy towards the back, and apparently the top of the shoe isn't long enough to keep it from slipping off. I was nearly in tears at the end of my nearly eight hour shift, as I am on my feet the whole time.

Most comfortable shoes ever!
Date:April 8, 2011
Pros: very comfortable, affordable
Cons: size runs a bit large
I am 31 yrs. old and already have had quite a few feet problems. It has been recommended that I wear orthotics but just can't afford them at the present time. I have to dress up at work and need shoes that not only look professional, but are comfortable to wear during an 8 hr. shift. These were the perfect shoe for the job. These are the most comfortable pair of shoes ever. The inserts in them make them very cushiony and they have room all over. They do not put pressure on any part of my foot. They also look nice with slacks and a nice sweater or blouse. The only complaint I have is that they seemed a bit bigger than the actual size so the next pair I order will be 1/2 sz. smaller. I have had this pair for about 6 months and they are wonderful!

not so comfortable
Date:April 7, 2011
Pros: style
Cons: comfort, size, price
I bought these in the store. They felt comfortable and looked nice. I like other work shoes by this brand. After wearing them one day to work I regreted buying them. They seemed to grow...they started slipping off of my heal while walking and I can't wait to take them off when I wear them. they were more $ than I expected and I wish I can get my money back.

Worst purchase
Date:March 30, 2011
I purchased these planning to use my custom orthotics. Removable inserts on a shoe like this have been difficult to find, especially in my size (ladies size 5). I ordered a size 5 1/2 to offset my orthotics and ended up returning them for a size 5. Even with the regular insert that comes with the shoe, they will not stay on my heel and I can not even walk in them! Needless to say, they sit in the closet.....do not recommend these shoes at all!

Decent Working Shoes
Date:February 22, 2011
Pros: good insole, simple
Cons: heel grip can be painful when walking
So, I purchased these shoes for my new hostessing job and to be honest they're just mediocre. At first they were very comfortable and after standing and walking in them for 3.5 hours they were a bit painful. It might be because they were brand new, but I would definitely say they weren't as comfortable as advertised.

Love this shoe
Date:September 15, 2010
Pros: fit, comfort, style
Cons: wish they were leather
I purchased this pair of shoes to wear to work because of the style and the advertised comfort insole and the shoes are indeed very comfortable and fit well. I have wide feet and they fit true to size. I ordered two pair during the BOGO and am so glad I did. I love the style of the shoe.
