Don't waste your money!

Date:January 5, 2013
Like other reviewers have said, these are not waterproof and they cracked right away. My husband has only had them for THREE WEEKS and we have to throw them away. What a waste of $50. I'm furious.

Photo Is Misleading!

Date:October 5, 2012
Cons: picture is misleading.
I ordered these boots because the photo suggested they were what I had been looking for -- for quite some time. In the photo, the upper two lace "holes" are hooks. But customer BEWARE! When I received them, the upper two holes were exactly that--holes. If you want hooks at the top, do not order these boots! I was SO DISAPPOINTED because other than that major flaw, they were exactly what I wanted.

Cons: sole durablity
Worked well when I went mountainboarding and kiteboarding. Comfy, added extra Dr. Scholl's to make it more comfy.

Date:September 11, 2012
I had bought these boots a week ago and they destroyed my feet. The upper cuff dug into my ankles leaving quarter size bruzes. Also they pinched and left several blisters on my feet. I recomend that these boots be tookin off the market.

Poor quality and wore down in a few days

Date:August 28, 2012
Pros: stylish and comfortable
Cons: poor quality, cracks easily, not very waterproof, eyelets fell out
I bought these for my husband along with a pair of sneakers. Both pairs fell apart in less than a month. The boots began cracking within a week of use. My husband has an office job and doesn't put a heavy workload on his shoes. we returned them and got a new pair, just to give them a second chance. 2 days later, when he was lacing them up, the top eyelets pulled right out of the boot. Needless to say, we decided to go elsewhere.

Boots Going Great After 1 Year!

Date:May 22, 2012
I buy these once a year. Luckily this exact style and boot has been available for about 5 years now. I always buy 2 pairs and stay one step ahead (get it? lol) in case they ever discontinue. I wear them for looks and comfort, not work, but this style is the best i have ever had, including more expensive Doc Martins, Sketcher etc. Lightweight, last about 12- 18 mos of daily wear, i love them!

Excellent boot for the money!

Date:February 20, 2012
Pros: reasonable price and great style for a work boot
Excellent boot for the money! I love these boots, they are not super expensive and you get what you pay for. I like the way these boots fit and they are comfortable after a a full day working in them. As far as waterproof goes they are more on the water resistant side, you will stay dry for a little while but if you are working in extreme wet conditions they will get you wet after a while. These boots cost around 36$ out the door with payless sales, so they are not to be compared to boots that cost $100 plus like I think some are reviewing here. Your NOT going to get a Cadillac for Chevy money. But if you keep your expectations reasonable, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I go thru a pair a year in moderate work conditions.

NOT WATERPROOF

Date:February 26, 2011
Pros: wide boot makes for a comfortable fit, relatively light weight
Cons: shoe strings not long enough to tie tight, tongue does not provide decent protection from h2o, leather shows signs of fatigue quickly
I have had these boots for less than a month and they are already showing signs of fatigue. I work with water quite a bit, and from day one my feet were getting soaked. Water seeps through the rubber soles.
The leather also showed signs of cracking after one week of use. I would not recommend these boots.
