Is it me, or this shoe?

Date:October 22, 2012
The good -- The tread is GREAT- aggressive, but given that the tread is not very deep at all, I wonder how long it will last.
The NOT SO GOOD: There is something about the way this shoe is canted that makes my feet HUUUURT very much when I walk -- I even put in a soft insole but no, that did not work -- it's the angle that my foot is forced into when I wear this shoe.

Going to purchase another pair

Date:April 13, 2012
I purchased a pair of these two years ago for my husband who wears them in the kitchen (chef) everyday. They are just now starting to fall apart but when I tell you he is ROUGH on his shoes - I mean ROUGH! We have gotten two years out of these shoes and I am headed to Payless now to buy another pair of these to replace the old ones. He loves them and recommends them to anyone who is looking for a great work shoe that maintains comfort and stability. Great price for two years worth of wear!

Good shoe for flying

Date:June 14, 2011
Pros: wide width at toe, slip resistant on wet surface
Cons: elastic on the sides rip easily, getting difficult to find at stores
I bought them to go through the TSA check points when flying. Easy to slip off and on. Cheap enough that I don't get upset if they are damaged in the rush to get re-assembled at the check point or the run to my flight. I agree, not the greatest quality shoe, but it comes in a wide width at the toe where I need it. They won't win any style awards but they are comfortable, and neutral enough to be acceptable in most situations when working with a limited, travel wardrobe.

Not the Longest Lasting....

Date:April 21, 2011
Other than being easy to clean, due to being slip-ons, and being comfortable, I don't have much else positive to say about these shoes-within about two months of wearing them, the leather upper started to split from the sole, so these shoes definitely didn't last as long as I thought they would. I don't plan on purchasing any more pairs of these shoes at all.
